Usher / Front-of-House Volunteer

Commitment: Flexible – volunteers can select shifts according to their availability


All usher and front-of-house volunteer positions for the 2026 concert season are open. Volunteers are essential in ensuring smooth audience experiences at our concerts, festivals, and touring events.


Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist audience members at concerts and events.

  • Help with seating, ticket scanning, and distribution of programs.

  • Provide general support to ensure a safe and enjoyable concert experience.

  • Assist staff and artists as needed during event setup and post-event activities.


Qualifications:

  • Interest in classical music and familiarity with concert etiquette preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Professional and courteous demeanor.

  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.


Locations: Montréal, Kingston, and other venues on our national touring projects.
